School Holiday Programmes

During the New Zealand school holiday breaks, Alpha offers holiday programmes for ages 8 to 18 at all ESOL levels.

1. The 'English Experiences' is an activity-centred programme based around a specific theme to encourage the use of the English language in everyday situations.

2. The 'Advanced Academic English' is a programme covering specific skills such as speed reading, creative writing, report writing, research projects and exam techniques.

3. The School Holiday programme that Alpha runs for 4 weeks in January is called "Quick Start". It is designed to speed up English language skills ready for a more successful start to the New Zealand Schools' academic year.

 

All programmes are 25 hours per week.
