Alpha Educational Institute is validated to deliver the Trinity College London Certificate in TESOL.

Gain an internationally-recognised TESOL qualifiaction by doing the Part-time Course for the Trinity Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.  (Trinity Cert. TESOL) 

  • Take part... in lively, interactive input sessions as you learn the techniques of modern TESOL methodology.
  • Gain... a deeper understanding of the grammar and phonology of the English language.
  • Experience... teaching practice with real ESOL students. Receive guidance in lesson planning and constructive feedback from your tutors.
  • Learn… to empathize with total beginners as you experience what it is like to learn for yourself a totally new language!.
  • Study... an overseas student.  Learn to identify his/her needs and plan remedial lessons.
  • Observe... experienced teachers at work.
  • Begin... a vibrant, new career!

At this stage it is proposed to run only 1 course in 2010 but a second course may be offered if there is sufficient demand:

 

Course One for 2010 - April to June

  • Ten-day block full-days: Tuesday, April 6 - Saturday, April 10, July 10. Monday, April 12 - Friday, April 16.
  • Plus full-day Saturdays: April 17 & 24;
  • May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29;
  • June 5, 12, 19, 26. 

Course Two for 2010 - Sept  to December

  • Registration Fee: $100 (incl. GST)
  • Course Fee: $3,200 (incl. GST)
